The Best Western Crown Hotel in Boroughbridge will cater for all your seasonal needs with incredible style ...be that meeting friends for a festive lunch in December, bringing the office to a party night in the St Helena Suite or simply enjoying a relaxing festive break.
We have something for everyone... did I mention Breakfast Meets? Why not fit in seeing all your friends this year by meeting them for breakfast and we can organise a bottle of fizz or two!
Party Nights are available throughout December at £31.50 per person and this includes crackers, party poppers and dancing till 12 midnight.
Party nights must be pre booked – and will run with a minimum of 40 guests.

Christmas Eve
Arrive at your leisure from 2.00 pm, once you have had the chance to explore the hotel why not stroll up the high street for some last minute presents or take a dip in the pool and Jacuzzi.
Your evening starts with a pre-Dinner Champagne Reception followed by a delicious Christmas Eve Dinner in the restaurant.
Why not finish the night with a brandy in the coffee lounge and join fellow guests looking out for you know who...
Christmas Day
Merry Christmas...the wait is over...
Join us for breakfast at your leisure in the restaurant then relax around the hotel or pop down to the leisure club to work up an appetite, in anticipation of your fabulous lunch served in the St Helena Suite. Early evening we will serve you a delicious buffet and if you can manage one more mince pie why not take a glass of port and finish the day with style!

Breakfast (will you have kippers or the croissants ....) served in the restaurant and then try your luck at the races, Wetherby is a fine race course and produces winners a plenty (so I am told!)
Lunch will be available on Boxing Day at an additional charge- please remember to book if you want a table !!
Dinner in the Crown Grill will be a relaxed affair, a great way to enjoy your last night.
New Year
December 30th
Check in from 2.00 pm and when you are settled into the hotel a walk around Boroughbridge & the old Roman Town of Aldborough will work up an appetite to enjoy dinner in the restaurant.
New Years Eve
It’s a trip to the Dales or a visit to historic Ripon or Thirsk today .. or is it a day spent getting ready for the Gala Dinner Dance in the St Helena Suite? Close to midnight we will count down with the help of our DJ & Big Ben then it Champagne for all and we toast the New Year of 2012 and dance till the wee small hours of the morning.
New Years Day
Start the day with a hearty breakfast before hitting the sales in York or Harrogate, or for those wanting a less hectic pace take a swim and relax in the sauna, steam room & Jacuzzi.
For those leaving us today we will wave you off with a cheery smile and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future ..... but for the guests staying on it dinner again in the restaurant with another hearty breakfast on the 2nd (and its so got to be kippers today !)

Whilst we are delighted to welcome children to the hotel it should be noted that the Gala Dinner on New Year’s Eve is not suitable for children under 16.
Additional Bolt on Nights @ £50.00 per person for dinner bed & breakfast.
Children sharing parent’s bedrooms will be charged at just half the adult rate (maximum of two) subject to availability. A £50 per person non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation to secure your booking. The remainder of the bill to be settled on departure.
